Pacific Coast Chapter Awards

The East Bay LNC of Northern California meets 4 times a year at various restaurants in Walnut Creek. We meet on the third Tuesday of February, May, August, and November at 6 PM unfortunately we are not meeting due to COVID restrictions. We network, share ideas, and have manufacturer representatives come and discuss their newest products. It also gives us an opportunity to get to know the WOCN®’s and other wound care specialists in the area. It’s fun, come join us! Fellow wound, ostomy, continence, and diabetic foot care lovers, in the North Bay San Francisco Area – We would like to create a local support system and aid in the professional growth of our fellows. We would like to invite you to attend a reoccurring monthly meeting. It will be the third Wednesday of the Month at Shari’s Restaurant (301 Rohnert Park Expressway, Rohnert Park, CA 94928) at 7 pm.

We would like for you to RSVP via email so we have a general headcount. Come with topics to discuss!

The Inland Empire Group meets at Kaiser Fontana in the Palm Court building every other month on the third Thursday of the month from 2:00 to 4:00. You can contact Phyllis McGinnis at (909)427-3288 or Charlotte Lisco (909)427-7890.

The Los Angeles WOCN Forum has been meeting for more than 15 years. The Forum meets at Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center with Continental Breakfast provided on the 3rd Thursday of every other month – with a summer hiatus – from 0730-0900. Due to the COVID pandemic, meetings are being held via Zoom from 0730-0830. Resumption of in-person breakfast meetings TBD. Each meeting includes a general discussion followed by a manufacturer’s product presentation.

The Northern Nevada WOCN® support group meets on the third Thursday every month, except for December. We meet for dinner, from 5:30–8 PM, 5:30-6 pm networking, with presentation start time at 6 pm. All meetings are representative-sponsored and are held at the rep’s venue of choice.
