Submit Your Abstract for WOCNext®

WOCNext® 2025 will be held from June 1-3, 2025, in Orlando, Florida. If you’re ready to share your insights and research in wound, ostomy, continence, and foot/nail care, submit an abstract now!

Abstract Submission Deadline: November 4, 2024, at 11 AM EST.

How to Prepare

Review Submission Guidelines
  • Visit the WOCNext 2025 website for essential info on deadlines, formatting, review process, scoring, and more.
Choose Your Abstract Category
  • Research Study: Present original research focusing on wound, ostomy, continence, foot care, or professional practice
  • Case Series: Present THREE cases that present a clinical challenge managed with a unique solution that pertains to wound, ostomy, continence, or foot care
  • Practice Innovation: present innovative practice changes that demonstrate a new way to approach a problem that pertains to wound, ostomy, continence, foot care, or professional practice. Quality Improvement projects will be presented in this category
Leverage Resources
Presentation Formats

Poster Hall
  • ePoster: All abstracts will be presented in a digital ePoster format. Authors may also opt to present as a Paper Poster
  • Paper Poster: Traditional posters are displayed on large boards with a dedicated viewing time
  • Oral Presentations: Selected abstracts will be presented by the primary author, with details provided in advance
Publication
  • Peer-reviewed journal: Accepted abstracts will be published in the international, peer-reviewed Journal of Wound, Ostomy, and Continence Nursing (JWOCN®), the official journal of the WOCN Society
